Gilmer Arts is hosting their 11th annual “Plein Air, Art in the Mountains,” May 15 to May 18. Artists from across the region will paint various scenery in the north Georgia mountains.
United Community Bank hosted its annual customer appreciation day Friday, May 2. As a way to say thanks, bank staff and volunteers passed out 7,000 tomato plants to community members, according to branch manager Amber Davenport.
