Mrs. Johnette J. Hood, 86, of Ellijay, died Saturday, March 26, 2022.
She was born Jan. 19, 1936, in Boston, Mass., to the late Aram and Gertrud Johnian.
Mr. Robert Henry Nicholson, 59, of Ellijay, died Wednesday, March 30, 2022.
He was born Jan. 9, 1963, in Gilmer County, to the late John Henry Pinson and Roxie Sisson Pinson.
Mrs. Joyce Grant Young died Wednesday, March 30, 2022. She was born Dec. 7, 1937.
She was a third grade teacher for many years and retired from the Gilmer County School System.
Mr. Samuel “Paul” Lindsey, 82, of Talking Rock, died Friday, April 1, 2022, at Northside Cherokee Hospital.
Mr. Jack Carder, 79, of Ellijay, formerly of Cumming, died Sunday, April 3, 2022.
He was born Jan. 27, 1943, in Suches, to the late Keff and Maggie Carder.
Ike Reece, 90, was the eldest son of 11 children born to Andrew Patton Reece — a World War I Army cook — and Mae McBryar Reece.
Mrs. Dorothy Jane Brothers, 85, of Ellijay, died Friday, March 25, 2022, at Parkside Nursing Home.
