Mr. Vernon Robert Haugen, 92, passed away peacefully Thursday, June 30, 2022. The son of Adolph and Bertha, he was born Sept. 1, 1929. He was a sibling to three brothers, Harris, Arlen and Al, and a sister, Jane Ann.

Mrs. Betty Ann Johnson, 80, of Ellijay, died Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Kennestone Hospital. She was born July 31, 1941, in Cumming, to the late Ernest Sosebee and Myrtle Grorogan Sosebee. She was a housewife and a member of Beaver Ruin Baptist Church.
