My name is Norman Gibbs III, and I am running for Chief Magistrate Judge of Gilmer County. I am married to Ginger Logan Gibbs. We have two sons, two daughters-in-law and five grandchildren. I have lived in Gilmer County for over 45 years.
My wife has lived here all of her life.

After 14 years in the director’s role, the office’s longtime director, Merle Howell Naylor, will retire at the end of July.
