Ricky Leon Johnson

Mr. Ricky Leon Johnson, 65, of Ellijay, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021, at his residence.

He was born in Marietta Oct. 12, 1956, to the late Melvin Johnson and Betty Worley Johnson. He was a retired truck driver and attended Mineral Bluff Baptist Church.

He is survived by wife, Debra Johnson; sister, Debra Thigpen; nieces, Beth King and Jessica Thigpen; nephew, Travis Thigpen; and several half-brothers and half-sisters.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021, in the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with the Rev. Vernie Worley officiating.
