Ms. Angela Diane Dobby Segars

Ms. Angela Diane Dobby Segars, 68, of Ellijay, died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022.

She was born Nov. 25, 1953, in Atlanta, to Aaron and Dorothy Cook Dobby.

She enjoyed feeding birds, squirrels, and loved spending time with her family and two dogs Kiser and Roscoe. She was such a loving and giving person.

She is preceded in death by father, Aaron Dobby; and sister, Yvonne Young.

She is survived by daughter, Angela Pebbles Segars, of St. Cloud, Fla., Kristy (Travis) Harrell, of Ellijay; grandchildren, Nathan Nelson, William Nelson, Brandon Harrell, Heather Harrell; great-grandchildren, Madison Nelson; sisters, Peggy Pace, of Dallas, Pam Rickles, Gail Maddox, both of Georgia; mother, Dorothy Lucille Cook, of Dallas.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, at Logan Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, at Logan Funeral  Home with Minister Butch Jones officiating.

Flowers are being accepted or donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in memory of Ms. Segars.
