Mrs. Sharlene Weaver Mulkey, 73, of Ellijay, died Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at her residence.
She was born in Gilmer County Feb. 18, 1948, to the late Jim Weaver and Gertie Cantrell Weaver and was a member of River Hill Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by husband, James Mulkey; and granddaughter, Kiara Moreno.
She is survived by daughters, Donna Ceja (Jose), Lisa Moreno, and Marsha Teems; brother, Charles Weaver; sister, Monnie Lee Holden; grandchildren, Catherine Mulkey, Amanda Moreno and Payton Teems.
A graveside service was held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021, at Scrougetown Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Richards officiating.
Pallbearers were Mickey Weaver, Larry Weaver, Johnny Henson, Charles Stepp, David Allen and Jacob Matthews.
Bernhardt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
