Mrs. Patricia ‘Patsy’ Ann Holt Gudger

Mrs. Patricia “Patsy” Ann Holt Gudger, 84, of Ellijay, died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2022, at Piedmont Mountainside of Jasper.

She was born June 8, 1937, in Gilmer County, to the late Truman Holt and Addie Sisson Holt.

She graduated from Ellijay High School and was a bookkeeper for Bernhardt Funeral Home for many years before her retirement.

She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by grandson, Robert Gudger.

She is survived by husband, Bob Gudger; son John (Lynn) Gudger Jr., of Tate; daughter, Doris Gudger; granddaughter, Stephanie Chambers, of Lake Forest, Calif.; and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20, 2022, in the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with the Rev. Rubin Smith officiating.

Interment was in Mountaintown Baptist Church Cemetery.

Bernhardt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
