Mrs. Katherine Joyce Johnson, 64, of Ellijay, died Monday, June 14, 2021, in Cartersville.
She was born in Detroit, Mich., Sept. 12, 1956, to the late Dwayne Sevcech and Helen Young Sevcech.
She is preceded in death by grandparents; and infant brother, Jesse.
She attended Mineral Springs United Methodist Church in Dalton.
She is survived by husband, Earl Johnson; son, Jesse Johnson; brother, Joe Sevcech; sisters, Teresa Holt and Joann Martinez; grandchildren, Cody and Natalie Johnson.
She was cremated.
Bernhardt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
