Mrs. Geneva Belle Rogers Holloway, 93, died Saturday, July 18, 2020, at Parkside Skilled Nursing Care in Ellijay. 

She was born Oct. 9, 1926, to the late Harold Lafayette and Mattie Belle Thurman Rogers, in Ellijay.

She was a member of Ellijay Church of Christ, was retired from Hampton Mills of Ellijay and was a master cake maker and master gardener. 

She is preceded in death by husband of 66 years, George Edward Holloway; sisters, Gladys Holloway and Ida Mae Holloway; and brother, Johnny Rogers. 

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 20, 2020, at Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Min. David Mullins and Min. Jeremy Green officiating. 

Interment followed in the Macedonia Church of Christ Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jonathan Stanley, Joshua Wright, Jason Holloway, James Holloway, John Painter, Kevin McQueen, Casey Hill, Caleb Covington, Jesse McCaskill, Andrew McCaskill, Jerritt Holloway and Dakota Crawford.

She is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Glenda Stanley, of Henderson, Tenn., and Judy and Sammy Wright, of Ellijay; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Willa Mae Holloway, of Ellijay; grandchildren, Michelle McCaskill, Cyndi McQueen, Heather Hill, Jonathan Stanley, Kimberley Carns, Melissa Tigner, Joshua Wright, Jennifer Painter, Jason Holloway, James Holloway and Terri Lynn Flowers; sister, Linda Rogers Vercher, of Rocky Face;  26 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
