Mrs. Della Mae Stanley, 69, of Ellijay, died Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at her residence with family by her side. She was born Feb. 19, 1952, in Gilmer County to the late Hugh Brown Richards and Ruth Anna Easley Richards.
She was a homemaker and loved spending time with family. She attended Covenant Community Church in Ellijay.
She is survived by husband, Bobby Stanley; brothers, George Richards and Lenn Richards, both of Ellijay; sisters, Ellousie Silvers, Loretta Sharples, and Lynette Goswick, all of Ellijay; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021, from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Eric Colson and Steve Fields officiating.
Interment was in the Yukon Cemetery.
Bernhardt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
