Miss Pauline Ellis,  91, of Roswell, died Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020.

She was born Aug. 4, 1928, in Gilmer County to the late Millard and Viola Weaver Ellis. 

She was a retired executive with the Atlanta Coca-Cola Bottling Company and of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by siblings, Girtha Southern, Geneva Weaver, Eugene Ellis; sisters-in-law, Sybil Rogers, Doris Ellis; and niece,  Betty Chastain.

She is survived by brother, Clinton Ellis, of Cumming; nieces, Shelvia Garland,  Vickie Nordmark, both of Ellijay, Linda Sue Dalton, of Winston-Salem, N.C., Hope Cantrell, Angie Strawbridge, Gena Pettit, all of Ellijay; and nephew, Joe Ellis, of Lawrenceville.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2020, from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with the Rev. Casey Richards officiating. 

Music was by Julie Whitworth. 

Pallbearers were Joe Ellis, Dennis Ralston, Johnny Merrell, Casey Richards and Chandler Cantrell.

Interment was in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.

Donations can be made to the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or the Alzheimer’s Association, in memory of Miss Ellis.
