Michael Adair Moody

Mr. Michael Adair Moody,  63, of Ellijay, died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021.

He was born Aug. 26, 1958, in Glennville, to the late Encil Adair and Eva Clair Moody.

He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and worked as a wastewater treatment plant manager until he retired from the city of Glennville.

He is preceded in death by sister-in-law, Dean Moody.

He is survived by wife, Lenora Queen Moody;  daughter, Ashley Nicole Moody, of St. Petersburg, Fla.; stepdaughters, Mary Beth (Glenn) Gordon, of Ludowici, Lacey Jaye Burnsed, of Ellijay; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Joseph (Christian) Moody, and Troy Encil (Shelby) Moody, both of Glennville; four grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; sister and
brother-in-law, Linda and Sammy Hall, of Macon; and brother, Jack Moody, of Glennville.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021, at Brannen & Kennedy Funeral Home, 206 N. Veterans Blvd., Glennville, GA 30427.
