Martin Leonard ‘Marty’ West

Mr. Martin Leonard “Marty”  West, 54, of Ellijay, died Friday July 10, 2020.

He was born March 10, 1966, in Gilmer County to Herbert and Betty Holland West. He worked for North Georgia Millwright and was a member of River Hill Baptist Church.

He is survived by brother, Donny West, of Ellijay; grandson, Johnathan Smith, of Rocky Face; and  aunt, Jan Stone, of Resaca.

Graveside memorial services were held at 4 p.m. Monday, July 20, 2020, at from the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Russell Hood officiating.
