Mr. Lawrence “Larry” Randolph Tuckett, 64, of Ellijay, died Thursday, April 22, 2021. He was born March 9, 1957, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to the late Norman Lynden Renick Tuckett Jr. and Iva Lucille (Carrick) Tuckett.
He enjoyed fishing, being outdoors and had a passion for cars and airplanes. He worked as a mechanic for the Florida Marine Patrol before retiring and moving to Ellijay.
He is survived by wife of 35 years, Mary Cowan (Winters) Tuckett, of Ellijay; son, Alexander Paul Tuckett, of Vero Beach, Fla.; daughter Shannon Megan Tuckett, of Ellijay; sister, Bonnie Williams, of Port Angeles, Wash.; and aunt, Lynn Elliott, of Tallahassee, Fla.
