Betty Sue Brownlee Hall

Betty Sue Brownlee Hall, 80, of Ellijay, died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2022.

She was born in Ellijay, to the late Clyde and Opal Marie Logan Brownlee.

She was a member of  Ellijay Church of Christ.  

She retired from Blue Ridge Carpet after over 35 years. She loved cooking and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by brother, Charles Brownlee.

She is survived by husband of 65 years, Thomas “Tom” Jerald Hall; daughter, Cynthia T. Hall Chastain, Becky and Billy Crump, all of Ellijay; grandchildren, Thomas Eli Chastain, Olivia and Matthew Johnson; great-grandchild Boone Thomas Johnson; and sister, Mary Lou Hipp, of Ellijay.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Butch Jones officiating.

A graveside service followed at the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion.

Interment was in the Ellijay City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Doug Hall, Donald Hall, Alan Hall, Jay Hall, Tim Hall, John Hall III, Danny Hall and Marvin Chance.
