Alan Dale Schoeneman

Mr. Alan Dale Schoeneman, 66, of Ellijay, died Sunday, May 17, 2020.

He was born Feb.  23, 1954, in Defiance, Ohio, to Peggy Lou Worthington Schoeneman and the late Edward Schoeneman. He was a veteran serving with both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marine Corp.

He is survived by mother, Peggy Schoeneman, of Ellijay; brothers and sisters-in-law, Todd and Cheryl Schoeneman, of Ellijay, Rick and Beverly Schoeneman, of Smithfield, N.C.; nieces and nephews, Hannah Schoeneman, Christopher Schoeneman, Christina Schoeneman, Benjamin Schoeneman, Nicole Schoeneman, Rachel Mei-Ling Schoeneman, Zackary Schoeneman, Kristy Pennington and Lamar Craig. 

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 23, 2020, in the Cherokee Memorial Park in Canton. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
