Samuel Brown Adams

Mr. Samuel Brown Adams, 40, of Gainesville, died Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021.

He was born May 31, 1981, in Marietta to Weylan Samuel Adams Jr. and Sue Patterson Wiley.

He was of the Baptist faith and worked as an electrician for Cleveland Electric in Atlanta. He was a self-taught musician and natural athlete. He followed the Braves as an avid fan. He was loved by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by father, Weylan Samuel Adams Jr.

He is survived by mother and stepfather, Pat and Don Wiley, of Ellijay; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marti and John Smith, of Acworth, Amy and Chris White, of Augusta, Sarah and Andy Kerley, of Alexander City, Ala.; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held at Cheatham Hill Community Center, Barrett Parkway, Marietta at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 16, 2022.
