Emergency shelter open at Gilmer Civic Center

Gary Watkins, of Gilmer Fire and Rescue, stands at the emergency shelter now open at the Gilmer Civic Center, 1561 South Main Street. According to Gilmer Public Safety, the shelter is  for anyone who is displaced from their home as a result of today's weather activity.
