Bare shelves are becoming commonplace at the Gilmer Community Food Pantry due to several factors, including a shortage of many products that were previously available from the pantry’s supplying organizations.
During much of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Gilmer Community Food Pantry had plenty of food to distribute, but served a much smaller number of clients than before the pandemic started.
