Mrs. Wylene Effie Clark Mullinax

Mrs. Wylene Effie (Clark) Mullinax, 92, of Ellijay, died Monday, Sept. 20, 2021.

She was born Feb. 22, 1929, to the late Della Garland and Emery Clark in Dial. She was a member of Ellijay Church of Christ, was an avid gardener and grew beautiful flowers.

She is preceded in death by husband, Clyde Mullinax; daughter, Arbradella Mullinax; brothers, Carl Clark, Al Clark, Ernest Clark, Roy Clark and Earl Clark.

She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Eddy and Suzanne Mullinax, of Ellijay; grandchild, Michelle Mullinax, of Greensville, S.C.; and great-grandchildren, Corbin, Quinn and Irie Rose.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, 2021, at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Butch Jones and Minister Jeremy Green officiating.

Interment was in the Cartecay United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Max Frady, Phil Clark, Brandon Jones, Tim Hall, Spencer Hall, Tucker Hall, Will Teague, Caleb Scarboro, Rob Burton and Alan Hall.
