GHS, CCMS football to play ‘laundry’ scrimmages

Fans, parents and supporters of Gilmer County football are invited to Huff-Mosley Memorial Stadium Friday for a pair of intrasquad scrimmages.

The Clear Creek Middle School Bobcats will take the field first at 6 p.m.

The Gilmer High School Bobcats will begin their scrimmage sometime between 6:45 and 7 p.m.

Admission is a container of laundry soap or a bath towel. Proceeds will go the CCMS and GHS football programs.
