Clear Creek Middle School ran its latest two-mile race at Meek’s Park.
The CCMS Bobcats and Lady Cats made the trip to Union County last Thursday and placed fifth and sixth in their respective standings.
The top five Bobcats included Jackson Towns (6th, 12:57.18), Cole Jones (13th, 13:35.27), Asher Kleczka (28th, 14:39.41), Carson Fowler (30th, 14:44.26) and Eli Tilton (39th, 15:17.25).
Also running the two-mile course were Kevin Ramirez-Reymundo (53rd, 16:02.84), Andrew Burgess (72nd, 17:07.02), Bentley Stephens (74th, 17:09.41), Jayden Nolasco-Chun (84th, 18:00.89), Shep Oleksa (87th, 18:16.82), and Zane Johnson (90th, 18:30.30). Also, Lukas Justice (91st, 20:07.08), Charles Greenwood (92nd, 20:26.87), Gavin Mesner (102nd, 22:24.14) and Austin Craig (106th, 25:13.47).
On the girls side, Lakelyn Garrett (18th, 15:43.57), Ryn Baldwin (29th, 17:02.29), Becca Heaslip (30th, 17:02.61), Anna Kate Heaslip (31st, 17:03.35), and Genesis Martinez Farfan (42nd, 17:34.30) led the way for the Lady Cats.
Also in attendance for CCMS were Kayla Overcash (50th, 18:40.42), Natalia Gonzalez-Santos (51st, 18:45.75), Scout Clinard (54th, 18:55.73), Ava West (55th, 19:01.66), Madelyn Boyer (56th, 19:02.32), Ella Craig (60th, 19:45.38), Cameron Garza (62nd, 20:06.06), Lilah Mullen (65th, 20:40.07) and Aria Lee (66th, 20:40.18).
Also, Ava Zeman-Mullins (67th, 20:46.71), Layla Grimes (69th, 21:02.49), Genesis Welch (70th, 21:05.60), Daisy Vicente-Vicente (71st, 21:08.53), Emma Newhart (72nd, 21:10.36), Katie Bautista-Tercero (73rd, 21:11.76), Kayleigh Brummel (74th, 21:23.83), Kyra Little (80th, 21:54.77), Amanah Stewart (90th, 26:52.20), and Andrea Toledo (92nd, 28:58.89).
The CCMS Bobcats and Lady Cats travel to Fannin County Thursday for their next meet.
