The Clear Creek Middle School Lady Cats added two more volleyball wins to their seasonal tally.
CCMS hosted the Dawson County Tigers last Tuesday and rebounded from a first set loss of 25-22. The Cats’ won the second set by the same score and claimed the match by a 15-13 edge in the deciding set.
The Cats welcomed Union County the following day and earned a decisive victory over the Panthers, 25-16 and 25-4.
Clear Creek kicked off its season Aug. 10 with a 2-1 win over the Fannin County Rebels. Following a first set loss of 25-23, CCMS won the final two, 25-17 and 15-8.
The Pickens Dragonettes handed CCMS its only lost of the season when they hosted the Cats Aug. 15. Pickens needed two sets and took the match by scores of 25-17 and 25-21.
