Clear Creek Middle School met league foes Union and White counties to continue league basketball action.
The Bobcats earned three wins on the week. The seventh graders hosted Union last Monday and won, 39-35, before topping White (45-40) on the road three days later. The older Bobcats dropped their game to Union (49-32) but bounced back against White with a fourth-quarter rally for a 46-42 win.
The Lady Cats hosted White, and the seventh-grade Cats lost on a final shot at the buzzer, 34-33. The eighth-grade Cats routed the Warriors easily, 49-4. They faced Union last Monday, but final scores and game information were not available by Tuesday’s press deadline.
