In loving memory
Mrs. Glenda J. Burnett, 74, of Ellijay, died Monday, Jan. 3, 2022, at her residence under the care of Heartlite Hospice.
She was born in Terre Haute, Ind., Feb. 9, 1947. She later resided in Phoenix, Ariz. Then, Durant, Fla., where she retired from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
She is survived by spouse of 32 years, Doodle Pearce; sons, Johnny Summers (Shari), Raleigh Fewox (Danielle), and Jody Summers; grandsons, Kody Fewox, Kyler Fewox, Casey Kyle and Justin Summers, all of Florida and Kameron Fewox, of the residence; granddaughters, Jenna Bland, of Illinois, Cheyenne Baerwalde and Hailey Shelton, both of Florida; great-grandson, Kolby Fewox, of Florida; great-granddaughters, Belle Baerwalde, of Florida and Ainsley Bland, of Illinois; and very special goddaughter, Shauna Tomaiko.
No services will be held. Cremation will be done by Cremation Services of Georgia in Ballground.
