Mrs. Pearl Holt Withrow

Mrs. Pearl Holt Withrow, 89, of Ellijay, died Monday, June 3, 2019, following injuries received in an automobile accident.

She was born April 1, 1930, to the late Jim and Mary Oliver Holt. 

She was a retired bookkeeper, having worked many years for C.C. Knight Motors and was a member of the Gates Chapel United Methodist Church. 

She is preceded in death by husband, Kenneth Withrow.

She is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Rhonda Withrow, of Ellijay, Franklin Withrow, of Chatsworth; special friend, Jim Sumner; five grandchildren, Greg Withrow, Lark Cantrell, Sean Banks, Stacy Barton and Stephanie Fink; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2019, from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with the Rev. Brad Biggerstaff officiating. Music was by Bill McVey. 

Pallbearers were Greg Withrow, Sean Banks, Les Cantrell, Todd Coleman, Keith Sumner and Carl Hill Jr.  

Honorary pallbearers were Billy Bernhardt, Dot Logan, Buren Hyde, Skip Cowart, Carl Hill Sr., Paul Gates, Mike Sales, Bill Withrow, Marilyn Harper and Ricky Long. 

Interment was in the Gates Chapel Church Cemetery.
