Mr. David Clifford Johnston, 75, of Ellijay, died Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at the Kennestone Hospital in Marietta.

He was born in Birmingham Ala., to the late Willie and George Johnston. The family then moved to Hollywood, Fla., where he attended McCarther High School.
