Being the same property that was originally Lots 266 and 267, as shown on that certain Plat of Survey for Falling Waters, Phase 11B, dated 08/11/2015, by Mark E. Chastain, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No 2718, as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 280, Gilmer County, Georgia Records.
Subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Falling Waters Subdivision, as recorded in Deed Book 1829, Page 44, Gilmer County, Georgia Records, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
Being the same property that was conveyed by that certain Warranty Deed, dated 02/19/2018, from Kenneth R. Lanier and Ellen M. Lanier to Highland Falls, LLC, as recorded in Deed Book 2087, Page 338, Gilmer County, Georgia Records.
