Winnie Hensley Mosley

Winnie (Hensley) Mosley, 87 of Ellijay, died Friday, April 22, 2022.

She was born Dec. 20, 1934, in Ellijay, to the late John Gordon and Annie Davis Hensley and was a member of Whitestone Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by late husband Robert Mosley Sr.; son, Robert Mosley Jr.; sisters, Louise Brosnan and Virginia Carr.

She is survived by daughters, Cindy Mosley Hunter, Angie Mosley Stolz (Ed), all of Ellijay; daughter-in-law, Denise Chastain Mosley, of Ellijay; brother, Arnold Hensley, of Ellijay; grandchildren, Joshua Hunter (Bethany), Jordan Hunter (Candice), Ashlyn Sargent (Sean), Zack Stolz, Caroline Stolz, Levi Stolz (Cora), Alex Stolz, Jackson Stolz and Jacob Stolz (twins), Luke Stolz (Morgan), Samantha Mosley, Sara Mosley, Mel Mosley and Rob Mosley (twins); great-grandchildren, Hope Hunter, Emma Hunter, Andrew Hunter, Jordyn Marie Hunter, Camdyn Hunter, Jude Hunter, Charlotte Sargent, Benjamin Sargent, Caliana Stolz and Maverick Stolz.

A private family graveside service will be held at Whitestone Baptist Church Cemetery. Per her wishes, there will be no visitation or services at the funeral home. The Rev. Norman Gibbs will officiate.
