Mrs. Lorene P. Mullinax

Mrs. Lorene P. Mullinax, 88, of Acworth, died Saturday, April 30, 2022. She was born June 18, 1933, to Glen and Mary Payne.

She is preceded in death by son, Michael Mullinax; husband, Claude Mullinax; brothers, J.B. Payne and Bobby William Payne; sisters, Lynda Sue Payne, Johnnie Simmons, Ruby Kindall, Marcelle Bailey and Mary Lou Porter.

She is survived by son, Don Mullinax (Wynne); daughter, Lisa McCants; grandchildren, Adriane Mullinax, Josh Anderson, and Demetrius McCants; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Jordyn Smith, Laila, McKenna and Noah Anderson; great-great-grandchildren, Bronx Smith and Tatum Smith; sister, Eula (Bo) Kirby; and several nieces, nephews,  great-nieces and great-nephews.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.

The family would like to thank the staff at Canton Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility for providing love and care during her stay and Agape Hospice Care in her final time with us.
