Joseph Patrick Bayer

Mr. Joseph Patrick Bayer, 57, of East Ellijay, died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020.

He was born Nov. 20, 1962, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to the late Raymond and Patricia Bayer. He worked for Eagle Rock Distribution as a salesman manager.

He is survived by wife, Edie Bayer; son, Myles Bayer, of Ellijay; sister, Margaret Dosch, of Bismarck, N.D.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020, from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with friends and family officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the service at 11 a.m. at Bernhardt Funeral Home.
