In loving memory
Mr. Gerald Alan Hamblin, 66, of Ellijay, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019.
Mr. Hamblin was born July 21, 1953, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Henry Hamblin and Donna Davenport Hamblin.
He is retired from the automotive industry and was a service advisor for Bill Holt for many years.
Mr. Hamblin served our country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
His favorite hobby in life was playing golf, and he was an avid member of the White Path Golf Course.
He is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Donna Hamblin.
He is survived by wife, Mamie Hamblin, of Ellijay; brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Annette Hamblin, Blissfield, Mich.; sister, Shelly Hamblin, Walland, Tenn.; and several nieces.
No services are planned at this time.
Bernhardt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
