Elfriede ‘Ellen' Binhammer Keim

Elfriede “Ellen” (Binghammer) Keim, 95, of Ellijay, died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022.

She was born June 4, 1926, in Stuttgart, Germany to the late Otto and Berta Ackermann Binghammer and was a member of Cartecay United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by husband, Anselm “Andy Keim; and daughter, Susie Keim Avolio.

She is survived by  daughter, Chris and George Mullen, of Tavernier, Fla.; sons, Axel and Michelle Keim, Davon, England, Frank and Anita Keim, Rockmart; grandchildren, Jennifer Avolio, Odina Keim, Ceria Keim, Avelle Keim and Denzil Keim.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 3 p.m. at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Brantley officiating.
