Dorothy Christine Miller

Mrs. Dorothy Christine Miller, 73, of Ellijay, died Sunday, June 19, 2022.

She was born Dec. 23, 1948, in Tampa, Fla., to the late Otho Grayson Miller Sr. and Dorothy Bellamy Miller.

She was a florist employed by Encore Florist of Hyde Park. She was a member of Pisgah Church of Christ, was a past director of the Daughters of the American Revolution and was a botanist who loved nature dearly.

She is survived by nieces and nephews, Angela Miller Kumar, of Tampa, Fla., Grayson Miller III, of Palm Beach, Fla., Joseph Scott Miller, of Jacksonville, Fla., Matthew Miller and Michael Miller, both of Tampa, Fla.; great-nieces and nephews, Maddox and Maya Kumar, Grayson Miller IV, Michael Mason and Everly Miller.

A green burial was held Monday, June 20, 2022, at the Pisgah Church of Christ Cemetery with family and friends officiating.

Donations can be made to the Pisgah Church of Christ in memory of Mrs. Dorothy Chris Miller.

Bernhardt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
