There will be a banquet on Friday, April 21, preceding the convention to celebrate the successes of elected Republicans from the 9th District. The state convention will occur in Augusta, on June 2–3 at the Augusta Convention Center. The purpose of the state convention will be to elect state officers, adopt the rules of the Georgia Republican Party and pass resolutions stating our positions on politically relevant issues.
