World War II veteran E.W. The two Army Aviation Heritage Foundation pilots were in town to display an Army Huey helicopter outside the Lions Club after flying it over the downtown Ellijay Veterans Day ceremony earlier Friday. Forrester, now a resident of Dalton, attends the local Veterans Day service each year, said event organizer Sam Burrell.
