Take notice that:

The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 11th District, 2nd Section of Gilmer County Georgia, and a part of Original Land Lot No. 42, containing one (1) acre, more or less and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the forks of the Tails Creek Road and the Pleasant Grove School Road; thence 120 feet South an iron stob at the corner of the garden; thence 243 feet West to the Pleasant Grove Road; thence back the public road to the corner of the garage at the point of beginning;

Also part of Original Land Lot No. 42, in the 11th District and 2nd Section, of Gilmer County, Georgia, containing 2 acres, more or less, boundaries and description as follows: Beginning at a Southeast corner of the garden; thence South to an iron stake corner; thence a Westerly direction to a ridge road; thence back the road a Northerly direction to corner at a pine tree; thence East back to the beginning point.

will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th day of November, 2014.

The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of November, 2013, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1843 at page 58.

The property may be redeemed at any time before the 18th day of February, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
