Notice is hereby given that Mini World Storage intends to sell the personal property described below to enforce a lien imposed on said property pursuant to the Georgia Self Storage Facility Act, Georgia Code Sections 10-4-210 to 10-4-215.
Mini World Storage will sell by public sale beginning Sept. 17, 2010, by appointment on the premises which are located at 767 Progress Rd., Ellijay, Ga.
The contents of the following unit will be sold: Richard Upton E-83; Steven Doan F-147, H-197; Beverly Abernathy B-21; Crystal Cicotte F-120, F-121; Edith Garland G-158, H-184; Marvin Bennett B-28; Melinda Burton D-72, F-141; Teresa Young A-3; Jason Tucciarone F-135.
Contents include, but are not limited to, furniture, appliances, tools and miscellaneous household items.
All purchases must be paid for in cash. Items are sold as is, where is, and must be removed at the time of sale. Sale subject to cancellation in the event of settlement between owner and obligated party.
