DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAX SALE
Under and by virtue of certain tax Fi. Fa.'s issued by the Tax Commissioner of Gilmer County, Georgia, in favor of the State of Georgia and County of Gilmer County, against the following named persons and the property as described next to their respective name(s). There will be sold for cash or certified funds at public outcry, before the Courthouse door in Ellijay, Gilmer County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale, on the first first Tuesday in July, 2013, the same being July 2nd, 2013, and continuing on July 3rd, 2013, if necessary between the legal hours of sale, 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The below listed and described properties, or as much thereof as will satisfy the State and County tax execution on the respective individual and property. ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 96 of the 6th District and 2nd Section of Gilmer County, Georgia, containing 3.51 acres, more or less, and being designated as Tract 5, as shown on plat of survey for David J. Pierce. Said plat dated August 7, 1997, by Robert D. Hyatt, G.R.L.S. No. 2297, recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 71, Gilmer County Records, is incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to deed restrictions, as originally set out in Deed Book 231, Page 405, Gilmer County Records, providing that no mobile homes shall be placed on the subject property.
