THE RIGHT TO REDEEM
To Whom It May Concern,
This is Notice that Associated Partners, LLC hereby intends to Forever Foreclose the Right of Redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 39, 40, 69 and 70, 11th District, 2nd Section, consisting of 0.75 acres, more or less, and being designated as Lot 143, of Preserve at Mountaintown Creek, Phase II, as shown on Plat of Survey by Tony G. Kirby, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No.2988, as recorded in Final Plat for The Preserve at Mountaintown Creek Phase II located in Land Lots 39, 40, 69, 70, 75 and 76, 11th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia as recorded in Plat Book 46, Pages 174 through 180, Gilmer County, Georgia records, with reference made thereto for the purpose of incorporating the same.
Conveyance of the above described property is made subject to The Preserve at Mountaintown Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants, and Conditions as recorded in Deed Book 1210, Pages 40-76, Gilmer County, Georgia Records and as amended thereto in the Amended and Restated Declaration of Protective Covenants for The Preserve at Mountaintown Creek, as recorded in Deed Book 1256, Pages 379-429, Gilmer County, Georgia Records.
The above described property is a portion of that which was conveyed by Warranty Deed dated August 22, 2005 from The Preserve at Mountaintown Creek, LLC to Mountaintown Waters, LLC, as recorded in Deed Book 1183, Page 222, Gilmer County, Georgia records.
As described in Deed Book 1320, Page 25. Further described as Map & Parcel 3051AC143.
This is notice to Rick Mauro; Wachovia Bank, National Association; Corporation Services Company as Registered Agent for Wachovia Bank, National Association; All The World and anyone holding right, title or interest in or lien upon this property that he may redeem the property from Associated Partners, LLC by the payment of the redemption price or the amount required for redemption, as fixed and provided for in Code O.C.GA. § 48-4-42, on or before June 14th, 2013 at the address shown below. Any claim or redemption not filed by this date shall stand forever barred.
The Sheriff's Deed to which this notice relates is dated April 5th, 2011, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County in Deed Book 1674, Page 490-491.
